Jack Kinchela, 67, of Yorktown, Retired Plumber

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – John "Jack" Kinchela of Yorktown Heights died June 6. He was 67. 

A member of Local 1 Plumbers Union, Kinchela worked as a plumber for F and V Mechanical in New York City before retiring in 2005. 

He was born in New York City to George and Helena Hansmyer. He married Rose Pirraglia at Blessed Sacrament Church in the Bronx in 1973. Formerly of the Bronx, Kinchela was a member of Rolling Thunder, Patriot Guard Riders and the White Plains Harley Riders. He enjoyed nature and volunteering for veterans and animals. 

Kinchela is survived by his wife, Rose Kinchela, of Yorktown Heights; a sister, Margaret Garrison, of Waynesboro, Va.; and many nieces and nephews.  

Calling hours are from 8:30 to 9 a.m. Saturday at Clark Funeral Home in Yorktown Heights. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Old St. Patrick's Stone Church in Yorktown Heights. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
