YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. - James G. Fine of Yorktown Heights, died Aug. 3. He was 71.
Fine was born Nov. 5, 1942, to Walter Fine and Theresa Constantine in Brooklyn. He graduated from Brooklyn Law school and became a partner with the law firm of McCarthy, Fingar, Donovan Drazen and Smith. He was a law secretary for Judge Arthur Brennan, Judge Joseph Gagliardi and Judge Joan Lefkowitz.
Fine is survived by his wife, Susan (nee Levine); children, Brad (Pamela), Glen, Melissa and Staci; and five grandchildren; and sister, Joann Fine.
Funeral service to be held Tuesday, Aug. 6 at the Yorktown Funeral Home located at 945 East Main St., Shrub Oak. (914)962- 0700.
