Robert L. Marino, 85, Of Yorktown, Korean War Veteran, Retired Realtor

YORKTOWN, N.Y. – Robert L. Marino, a longtime Yorktown resident, formerly of Shrub Oak, died Monday, June 15. He was 85.

He was born Jan. 11, 1930, in the Bronx, to Eugene and Zenaida Ferriol Marino.

He served as a corporal in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Marino worked in the architectural industry, and then became a real estate agent. He was co-owner and operator of Century 21 - Robert David Real Estate in Shrub Oak for more than 20 years.

Survivors include four children, Kathryn Lukaske of California, Robert (Cathy) Marino of France, Laura DeLena of LaGrange, N.Y., and Kerry Marino of Ridgefield, Conn.; one sister, Elena Dow of Florida; and nine grandchildren.

His wife, Carol Borghard Marino, is deceased.

Calling hours will be 1-4 p.m. Saturday, at the McHoul Funeral Home, 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction.
