YONKERS, N.Y. – Vincent J. Belluzzi, Sr., a resident of Yonkers, died on Sunday, July 26. He was 86.
He served in the Marines as a staff sergeant from 1946 to 1951.
Belluzzi was predeceased by his wife Faith, and daughter-in-law Carol.
He is survived by two sons, Vincent, Jr. and Thomas, and daughter Diane Reszko and her husband Peter, four grandchildren, Thomas, Jr., Michael, Christopher and Jessica, and his brother Robert.
Visiting hours are on Wednesday from 3 to 8 p.m. at F. Ruggiero & Sons, Inc., 732 Yonkers Ave. in Yonkers.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Scarsdale.
Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
