YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Virginia L. Gauthier, 85, a lifelong resident of Yorktown, and recently of Peekskill, passed away July 17, 2015.
On Nov. 6, 1949 in Yorktown, she married Frederick H. Gauthier, who predeceased her in 2010.
Gauthier worked as a telephone operator at Bell Telephone in Peekskill for 33 years, until retiring in 1983.
She was a member of their Pioneers Club for many years. She was a member of the Peekskill Yacht Club, formerly the ladies auxiliary.
She is survived by her son and daughter in-law, Butch and Rose Gauthier.
Arrangements will be private.
