20-Year-Old Charged With Threatening To Stab Another Woman In Yorktown

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – A Mahopac woman was arrested Sunday after being accused of threatening to stab another female and punching her during an altercation on Friday, reports the Yorktown Police Department.

Celina Savoca, 20, of 38 Agor Lane, Mahopac, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree menacing after an investigation into the report of an assault that took place at a residence on Country Lane, officials said.

It is alleged that Savoca threatened to stab a female while menacing her with a metal multi-tool and that she punched the victim in the face several times, according to police.

A temporary order of protection was issued in favor of the victim. Savoca is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court Tuesday, Oct. 13.
