PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- A brush fire in the woods off John Street in Peekskill was brought under control by firefighters from several departments on Saturday.
The brush fire occurred off John Street near the Chateau Rive entrance in Peekskill.
Photo Credit: Google MapsThe blaze, near the Chateau Rive entrance, began in the mid-afternoon and took nearly three hours to knock down.
No injuries were report and the cause of the blaze is under investigation.
