Cortlandt Man Charged In Theft From Kohl's, Threat To Staffer

CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. -- Cortlandt Police charged a local man with petty larceny and harassment on Friday, Sept. 26 after he allegedly stole items from Kohl's on Route 6 and threatened an employee, officials said.

Jermaine Curry, 38, of Crompond Road, was accused of stealing socks from the store and then threatening a member of store security who followed him out of the building, officials said. 

Curry is due to appear in Cortlandt Town Court on Wednesday, Oct. 10 .
