About 3:10 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, troopers from the Hawthorne barracks received a complaint of an erratic driver traveling south on the Taconic State Parkway, police said.

The investigation led to authorities requiring the driver of the vehicle, Santos J. Segarra, 31, to take a breath test, according to police.

Segarra’s blood alcohol level was 0.11 percent; thus police arrested him for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.

Segarra is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 30.
