Foul Play Ruled Out In Death Of Man Found In Yorktown

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Yorktown police have found that foul play was not a factor in the death of the 26-year-old Massachusetts man found in a vehicle on Old Croton Lake Road, according to a report by The Examiner. 

The findings were released after a preliminary investigation by the state Department of Environmental Protection and the Westchester County Medical Examiner's Office, according to the report.
