Homeless Man Charged With Trespassing In Yorktown

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N. Y. -- A 55-year-old homeless man is facing a trespassing charge after police say he repeatedly trespassed on a property on East Main Street in Yorktown, police said.

Stephen Myerson is charged with the trespassing violation following his arrest on May 9, police said. He was issued a ticket requiring him to answer the charge in court at 6 p.m. June 9 in Yorktown, police said.

Police said they'd warned the man about trespassing on May 6 after police got an initial complaint from the property owner about repeated trespassing. Officers on patrol spotted him there at about 10:25 a.m. May 9, police said.
