Jefferson Valley Teen Charged With Petit Larceny

YORKTOWN, N.Y. – A Jefferson Valley teen was arrested Tuesday, June 2, for allegedly stealing a Kan Jam Frisbee game, reports the Yorktown Police Department.

An employee of Olympia Sports called police at 4:12 p.m. after the 17-year-old male, whose name was withheld due to his age, allegedly took the game and fled the store, police said. The teen was located by police at the intersection of Route 6 and Lee Boulevard, authorities said.

The teen was charged with petit larceny and released on $100 bail to his parent. He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Court Thursday, July 2.
