Edward James Brady was arrested on Saturday, March 12, for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor; and failing to dim his headlights, a traffic infraction, police said.

The first charge was based on Brady’s having previously had his driver’s license suspended three times, police said.

Brady was processed and released on $100 bail.

He is to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Thursday, April 14, police said.
