YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A 25-year-old Katonah man is facing charges after he was pulled over on Crompond Road in Yorktown for failing to dim his headlights, police said.
Edward James Brady was arrested on Saturday, March 12, for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor; and failing to dim his headlights, a traffic infraction, police said.
The first charge was based on Brady’s having previously had his driver’s license suspended three times, police said.
Brady was processed and released on $100 bail.
He is to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Thursday, April 14, police said.
