Christine M. Savino, 35, of Birch Drive was charged with five driving infractions after being stopped at 8:49 p.m. on Route 6 near the Taconic State Parkway.
Savino was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, failure to signal, no taillights and crossing a divider.
Savino is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Feb. 17.
