Danielle Hartmann, 22, was charged with the three misdemeanors after police responded to the complaint at Hickory Street. During the investigation, Hartmann was found to be in possession of Suboxone sublingal film, Acetaminophen Codine pills, and Alprazolam, controlled substances, police said. She was arrested and transported to headquarters.

She was released on her own recognizance and is due back in court on Oct. 24.

In 2014, Hartmann was charged with nine counts of criminal possession of a stolen property after she allegedly stole the wallet of a woman who offered her a ride.
