Ex-Employee Charged With Burglary Of Lakeland Liquors

SHRUB OAK, N.Y. - An ex-employee of Lakeland Liquors is being charged with breaking into and burglarizing the East Main Street store, police said. 

Michael Rozanski, 32, of Cortlandt Manor was arrested on felony burglary charges Saturday following an investigation of the incident. Police said that Rozanski was accued of breaking into the store around 4 a.m., Thursday, and stealing an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing.

Rozanski was arrested by Peekskill Police two days later and transferred to Yorktown Police Department headquarters. He is being held in the Westchester County Department of Probation on $15,000 cash bail, and is set to return to Yorktown Town Court on Tuesday.
