YORKTOWN, N.Y. - A Bronx man was charged with violating a protective order, after Yonktown police were called to a home on a domestic complaint
Police report that they were called to a home on Heights Drive shortly before 7:30 p.m., Oct, 28, where they were informed that 45-year-old Louis Curcio had been at the home.
After an investigation police determined that Curcio had violated a protective order against the resident by harassing her at her home.
Curcio was contacted on Thursday, Oct. 29, and by 6:50 p.m. that day he had turned himself in police custody.
He was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree and released without bail. Curcio is due back in court on Nov. 12.
