Man Damages Vehicle With Hammer In Domestic Incident, Yorktown Police Say

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Yorktown Heights man was arrested and charged Friday after he allegedly damaged a car with a hammer during a domestic incident.

Neil Quinn, 39, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a Class E felony. He was released on his own recognizance and was ordered to stay away from the victim and her children.

He is due back in court on Friday, Aug. 17 at 6 p.m. Police did not say where the incident occurred or how severely the car was damaged.

Quinn was arrested earlier this summer and charged with DWI. Last year, Quinn was arrested and charged with choking a woman and threatening her with a knife.
