Juan Garcia, 34, was arrested after the department's Detective Division conducted an investigation into a report of a suspicious male on Neperan Road in the area of Grove Street, said Lt. Greg Budnar.

Detectives immediately saw Garcia, who was previously the subject of a complaint by the EF International Language Center, located at 100 Marymount Ave., where it was alleged that he had been seen in the female showers of a residence hall on July 17. He was also identified as exposing himself to a female student on Tuesday, Budnar said.

While attempting to interview Garcia, police found a glass crack pipe. He was placed under arrest and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, in addition to the public lewdness charge.

It's unclear if Garcia is still in the Westchester County Jail at this time.
