A Sleepy Hollow man was arrested in the Bronx by Yorktown Police after he failed to appear in court.
Samuel Barbuto was arrested Monday at Bronx Central Booking where he was being held on unrelated charges. He failed to appear in court in August to answer charges of driving with a suspended license.
Barbuto was remanded to Westchester County Jail on $500 bail and is due back in court on Oct. 3.
