Man Who Hit Guardrail On Taconic Charged With DWI, Police Say

James Viola, 26, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Viola provided a blood alcohol sample of 0.19 percent and was issued tickets for an appearance in East Fishkill Town Court on Wednesday, police said.
