Mohegan Lake Man Arrested For Aggravated DWI

MOHEGAN LAKE, N.Y. -- New York State Police arrested a Mohegan Lake man for allegedly driving while intoxicated on Sunday, Dec. 8, according to police officials.

Nanlal Katwaroo, 41, was pulled over by troopers for an apparent equipment violation on his vehicle, State Police said.

Katwaroo provided a positive breath sample which yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .18 percent. Katwaroo is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, Dec. 13, according to State Police.
