Mohegan Lake Man Charged After Domestic Incident

MOHEGAN LAKE, N.Y. -- New York State Police arrested a Mohegan Lake man and charged him with third-degree criminal mischief after reports of a domestic incident on Saturday, Nov. 9, according to police officials.

Joseph S. Simone, 30, was arrested after troopers were dispatched to investigate an incident where the victims allege that Simone damaged their home, State Police said.

Simone was arraigned before the Town of Croton Court where he was remanded to Westchester County Jail in lieu of $2500 cash bail, according to State Police.
