Mohegan Lake Man Charged With DWI In Cortlandt

CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks charged a Mohegan Lake man with driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance on Tuesday, Sept. 23, officials said.

David Harrison, 34, was pulled over for allegedly speeding on Conklin Avenue. Subsequent investigation made troopers suspect that Harrison was intoxicated, police said. 

Harrison provided a breath sample that revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.16 percent. He was also found to be in possession of cocaine, police said. 

Harrison was ordered to appear before Cortlandt Town Court on Friday, Oct. 3, police  said.
