Mohegan Lake Man Charged With Possession Of Marijuana

YORKTOWN, N.Y. – A Mohegan Lake man was arrested in Yorktown Wednesday for unlawful possession of marijuana, according to the Yorktown Police Department.

David Jimenez, 24, was seen at around 12:45 a.m. in the Lakeland High School parking lot. After an investigation, Jimenez was arrested for allegedly possessing a small amount of marijuana. He was processed and released at the scene.

Jimenez is to appear in Yorktown Justice Court Aug. 18.
