A Yorktown police officer stopped Collin Glenn Jr. during a regular patrol after reportedly seeing him speeding on Route 132.
Further investigation determined Glenn was driving with a revoked New York State license, police said.
Glenn was charged with unreasonable speeding, aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to signal.
He was released on $100 bail and is due back Oct. 22 in Yorktown Justice Court.
