Mohegan Lake Man Throws Table, Lamp In Domestic Incident, Police Say

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A 19-year-old Mohegan Lake resident has been charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor, police report.

An officer was dispatched to Panorama Drive for a reported domestic incident on Wednesday, Nov. 11, at approximately 5:31 p.m., according to officials.

Following an investigation, it was alleged that Jeffrey D. Eagan threw an end table and lamp and punched a hole in the wall, police report.

Eagan was arrested at the scene and taken to the Yorktown Police Department for processing, police report.

Eagan was arraigned, and bail was set at $500 cash or $1,000 bond, which he could not post, officials report.

Eagan was remanded to the custody of the Westchester County Department of Corrections, according to police.

He is due back in Yorktown Justice Court on Nov. 24, police report.
