YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Mohegan Lake resident was charged with driving with a suspended license and registration by Yorktown Police after being stopped for having an suspended license plate.
Warren Wallburg, 27, was stopped on Saturday on Saw Mill River Road. A computer check of Wallburg's license revealed it was suspended in addition to his license plate and his vehicle registration, police said.
He also failed to provide proof of insurance, police said.
Wallburg was arrested at the scene and taken to the police department where he was released on $100 bail. He is schedule to appear in Yorktown Court on April 19.
