Pedestrian Struck By Car In Croton

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. --  A pedestrian, walking near the dummy light in the Upper Village, was hit by a car at 8 a.m. Friday, according to the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department.

Croton fire, police and EMS along with the Ossining paramedics responded to the area, where they found the victim who had what appeared to be minor injuries. They were transported to a local hospital for treatment, fire officials said.

The incident was handled by Car 2084 and Engine 119, with Command holding the other dispatched units in quarters.
