Mahopac Falls firefighters, rescue, and EMS responded to the scene on Dorset Lane after receiving a call for an unresponsive patient in a vehicle crash, officials said.

Multiple units responded along with Carmel Police and a Medic from EMStar. Once on scene first responders found a vehicle still in gear up against trees.

Incident Command Chief Brian Sacher had all responding trucks stay on Baldwin Place Road to allow for an ambulance to enter as Assitant Chief Bob Trace ran operations including removing the victim to the ambulance.

Once the driver was transported to the hospital, Bryson Wrecking sent two 'big rigs' to remove the vehicle from the trees.
