YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Yorktown teen is facing multiple charges stemming from an alleged underage drinking party that took place on Tuesday, according to officials.
The teen, 17, who's identity is being withheld due to youthful offender status, was holding the party on Saw Mill Road. The suspect also allegedly possessed a fake out-of-state license that falsely identified him as a 21-year-old, police said.
The suspect will answer to charges in Yorktown Court on Sept. 3, police said.
