Police Charge Yorktown Man With DWI, Inoperable Headlamp

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Jordan Fell, a 22-year-old Yorktown resident, was arrested by Yorktown police and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more and inoperable headlamp on Saturday, Oct. 25.

Police said they were on routine patron when they observed Fell’s car with a headlamp out. A traffic stop was conducted and an investigation begun, according to police and he was arrested on the DWI charge. Police say Fell later submitted to a breath test at police headquarters where he allegedly had a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more, leading to an additional charge

Fell was transported and processed at Yorktown police headquarters and later released on his own recognizance to a family member. He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Tuesday, Dec. 2 at 6 p.m. for arraignment
