Tyler T. Rodgers, 28, of Ridgefield, voluntarily visited the Yorktown Police Department on Friday morning, according to police.
Authorities say they soon discovered that Rodgers had an active bench warrant against him, due to his alleged failure to appear in court in a New Castle identity theft case.
A Yorktown police officer arrested Rodgers, and then released him into the custody of New Castle authorities.
