East Fishkill Detectives charged James Durlacher of 2612 Route 52 near Hosner Mountain Road in Hopewell Junction on Monday with failure to register (a Class E felony) for not notifying the East Fishkill Police he had recently moved to East Fishkill.
Durlacher has now been registered and the appropriate schools and child care facilities have been notified, police said.
Durlacher was issued a court date to appear in East Fishkill Court.
