"It was one swastika on the ground on the road,” Driscoll said.

Nobody has been arrested in connection with the incident, according to Driscoll.

The chief noted that kids with spray cans were seen but that they ran off before police arrived. Nobody saw any of them paint the swastika, Driscoll said.

The kids were present on Halloween night, according to Driscoll. There were about 40 kids at the scene, he said.

“We're treating it as a graffiti incident, ” he said.
