Woman, 45, Is Charged With Entering Sing Sing With Marijuana

OSSINING, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a woman with bringing marijuana in to Sing Sing Prison in Ossining on Friday, according to officials.

Kimly Watson, 45, of Brooklyn was at the facility to visit a family member when she was allegedly found to be in possession of the drug, police said. 

Watson was charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband and unlawful possession of marijuana. She is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, Dec. 16, police said.
