YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- A Bedford Hills woman faces DWI charges after being stopped by police Thursday on Saw Mill River Road in Yorktown.
Police said they stopped Kathryn P. Russell, 43, near Broad Street about 8:30 p.m. after receiving reports of an erratic driver.
Police charged Russell with driving while ability impaired by drugs, which, they said, is a Class E felony because she had had a conviction in the last 10 years.
Russell was transported to police headquarters for processing and later turned over to a responsible party.
