Yonkers Man Charged In Yorktown Burglary

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Charles Ulacco, a Yonkers resident, was arrested on Tuesday in connection with a 2014 burglary in Yorktown, according to Yorktown police.

Police said Ulacco surrendered to the Yorktown Police Department after an arrest warrant was issued on a charge of burglary in the second degree, a felony.  Ulacco is accused of forcing entry into a residence at Kessler Place in Yorktown and stealing property on April 6, 2014, police said.

Ulacco was processed at Yorktown Police Headquarters and arraigned in Yorktown Justice Court. He was released without bail and turned over to Yonkers police on an active arrest warrant on an unrelated charge. Ulacco is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Friday, March 6, at 5 p.m.
