A 45-year-old Yorktown man was arrested by Yorktown Police at a hotel in White Plains after he failed to appear in court.
Joseph Porticelli was arrested on the bench warrant, in connection with a charge of criminal contempt in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor. After he no-showed the July 20 court appearance, police located him at the Hyatt House in White Plains.
