Yorktown Man Arrested, Charged With DWI On Taconic

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A 51-year-old Yorktown man was arrested on Friday, Dec. 6 in East Fishkill and charged with driving hile Intoxicated .

Eduardo M. Reyes was charged with the misdemeanor  after New York State Police made a traffic stop after observing erratically operating a vehicle on the Taconic State Parkway. 

Reyes had a blood alcohol content of 0.15 percent, and received traffic tickets ordering him to appear in Town of East Fishkill Court on Wednesday, Dec.11.
