A warrant for the arrest of Thomas G. Cuparo, 48, of Yorktown was issued on Oct. 15 after he was accused of violating an order of protection by sending multiple text messages to a female resident on Heights Drive, according to police.
Police Officer Brian Nicholson arrested Cuparo at his home. He was arraigned and sent to Westchester County Jail on $1,000 bail, according to Yorktown police.
