Police responded to help a person who had overdosed and an investigation revealed Colaizzi had violated two protection orders while also being under the influence and possessing heroin, according to police.
Colaizzi was transported to police headquarters where he also was charged with possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned and remanded to the Westchester County Department of Corrections in lieu of $25,000 cash bail. He is scheduled to appear at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18 in Yorktown Justice Court.
