The unidentified 36-year-old Yorktown resident was arrested after police reported that he drove a 1999 Jeep past a road closure and into oncoming traffic on Route 132, according to the Patch report. Police reported that man had a blood alcohol content of .18 percent, more than twice the legal limit.
