YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A 64-year-old Yorktown man faces several felony and misdemeanor charges after police said he drove while intoxicated with a revoked driver's license.
Bernard Kelly was pulled over around 1:02 p.m. Wednesday on Crompond Road for running a red light, police said. During the stop, police said he was charged with driving while intoxicated. A routine check of Kelly's driver's license revealed that it was suspended and revoked for other alcohol-related offenses, according to the police report.
Kelly was charged with first degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content over 0.08, a misdemeanor, driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and traffic infractions for an expired inspection and passing a red light.
He was released on $250 bail and is due back in court March 21.

- Jeffrey Van Slyke, 63, and Indra Van Slyke, 59, of Mohegan Lake were charged Feb. 12 with petty larceny, for allegedly stealing $333.59 worth of merchandise from Sears, police said. They were released without bail and are scheduled to return to court March 19.
- A 36-year-old Mahopac man was charged Friday with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, police said. The driver was pulled over around 5:15 p.m. for allegedly having excessive window tint. A DMV check reportedly revealed his driver's license had been twice suspended for failure to pay child support, according to the report. He was released without bail and is due back in court March 26.
