YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Yorktown police charged 37-year old Louis Russo with an aggravated DWI after he passed out in his driver’s seat after stopping his vehicle on Gomer Street.
Following an investigation at the scene on Monday, Oct. 14, it was alleged that Russo, 37, was operating the vehicle while intoxicated.
After a chemical test at the Yorktown Police Department, it was further alleged that the defendant was operating the motor vehicle with a BAC of more than .18 percent.
Russo is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on Thursday, Nov. 14 at 6 p.m.
