Yorktown Man Charged With Allegedly Stealing From BJ's

YORKTOWN, N.Y. – A Yorktown man was arrested and charged on Thursday after allegedly stealing over $200 of merchandise from the local BJ's Wholesale Club on Aug. 29.

26-year old Colin Rice attempted to leave the store, but was stopped by employees, dropping the items as he left.

He was appearing in court on for an unrelated incident, was recognized and arrested in the Justice Court parking lot.

Rice was remanded to Westchester County Jail on $10,000 bail, and was scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Oct. 1.
