YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Paul Fuchs, a 23-year-old Yorktown resident, was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree on Saturday, Oct. 4.
Police say they responded to a residence on Clover Road to investigate a criminal mischief complaint.
After an investigation, it’s alleged that Fuchs broke the windows on a vehicle that was parked in front of the residence, according to police. Police say Fuchs was located at his residence a brief time later and was placed under arrest.
Following processing, Fuchs was arraigned by Judge Raniolo who remanded Fuchs to the Westchester County Jail on $2,500 bail. Fuchs is scheduled to answer the charge in Yorktown Court on Tuesday, Oct. 7 at 6 p.m.
