YORKTOWN, N.Y. - A 24-year-old Yorktown man is facing drug and alcohol charges after he allegedly hit a guardrail with his car, state police said.
According to the report, Seren Wechsler allegedly had a 0.06 percent blood alcohol content level when he hit a guardrail on the Taconic State Parkway around 3:10 a.m. Saturday. Wechsler also was in possession of marijuana, police said.
He was charged with misdemeanor driving while ability impaired, and also given a violation for unlawful possession of marijuana.
Wechsler is scheduled to answer to the charges in Yorktown Justice Court at 7 p.m. Nov. 27..
