Michael Goodman was arrested around 5:30 a.m. and charged him with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction and driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, police said.
Police said the accident occurred in the area of 3480 Old Yorktown Road, where Goodman allegedly crash his vehicle into a tree.
