Police said DiMargo was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and petty larceny, both class A misdemeanors.
Police responded to the Triangle Shopping Center for a domestic incident complaint, police said. After an investigation, police found that Margo stole an iPad from a female and violated a duly served Cortlandt Town Court temporary order of protection, according to police.
The defendant voluntarily surrendered at Yorktown police headquarters on Monday and he was arraigned in Yorktown Justice Court. He was released on $500 bail and is scheduled to appear on Tuesday, March 24, at 6 p.m.
